Just Jack Jeep Advertising Partner Program

Promote Your Business With One of the Most Recognized Real Estate Vehicles in Central Indiana

If you want your business noticed by

home buyers, home sellers, and homeowners,

this is a unique opportunity for a limited number of spots. Maybe 8.

The Just Jack Trueblood Real Estate Jeep is one of the most visibly recognized real estate marketing vehicles in Central Indiana.

It travels throughout the Indianapolis area every week while I meet with clients, host open houses, preview properties, and work in neighborhoods across the region.

Instead of traditional advertising that disappears online, this program allows a limited number of trusted local businesses to place their brand on a highly visible real estate vehicle that is consistently seen by people making homeownership decisions.

The goal is simple:

Be part of a local homeownership partner network built around real estate.

How the Jeep Partner System Works

The Jeep is divided into specific advertising zones.

Each zone is limited to one partner per category to ensure exclusivity and maximum visibility.

This creates a trusted network of businesses connected to homeownership and real estate.

Zone A — Primary Brand (Reserved)

Location: Front Doors

This space remains dedicated to the primary real estate brand.

Displayed on the vehicle:

• Trueblood Real Estate
• Jack T. Crenshaw
• Contact phone number

Purpose

Maintains brand authority and ensures the vehicle clearly represents a real estate professional.

Zone B — BuilderIQ / Just Jack Ecosystem

Location: Rear Doors

This space promotes the digital real estate platform connected to the Jeep.

Displayed on the vehicle:

• BuilderIQ
• JustJack.Realtor
• QR code

Purpose

Drive traffic to the real estate platform where buyers and sellers can access property tools, insights, and resources.

Zone C — Premium Mortgage Partner

Location: Rear Quarter Panel

Logo Size: 8–10 inches

Price: $750 per month

This position is ideal for a mortgage partner who wants visibility with active home buyers.

Mortgage companies benefit from exposure to buyers preparing to purchase a home.

Zone D — Home Inspector Partner

Location: Front Fender

Logo Size: 6–8 inches

Price: $400 per month

Home inspections are part of nearly every real estate transaction, making this a strong partnership opportunity.

Zone E — Home Service Partner

Location: Lower Rear Door or Rear Panel

Price: $350 per month

This position is ideal for businesses that serve homeowners.

Examples include:

• HVAC companies
• Roofing contractors
• Handyman services

Zone F — Insurance Partner

Location: Rear Bumper or Small Window Decal

Price: $300 per month

Insurance agents regularly work with home buyers and sellers and can benefit from consistent visibility around real estate activity.

Zone G — Spare Tire Sponsor

Location: Spare Tire Cover

Price: $600 per month

The spare tire is one of the most visible parts of the Jeep while driving.

This space is ideal for:

• Builder promotions
• Community sponsors
• Rotating local business partners

Why Businesses Join the Just Jack Jeep Partner Network

Partners receive exposure to:

• Home buyers preparing to purchase
• Home sellers preparing to list
• Open house visitors
• Neighborhood homeowners
• Community events

• Social media visibility

This program places your brand where real estate decisions actually happen.

Limited Partner Availability

To protect partner value, each category is limited to one partner only.

Available Partner Categories:

• Mortgage Partner
• Home Inspector
• Home Service Provider
• Insurance Partner
• Spare Tire Sponsor

Once a category is filled, it will be closed to additional partners.

There is no single exact number, but marketing studies on vehicle advertising (“mobile billboards”) give a useful range. A real estate vehicle like your Jeep typically falls in the mid-range of those estimates because you drive through neighborhoods, open houses, and commercial areas.

Typical Visibility for a Branded Vehicle

Per Week

A vehicle driving regularly through a metro area typically generates:

30,000 – 70,000 visual impressions per week

This includes:

  • traffic exposure
  • neighborhood driving
  • parking at stores and restaurants
  • open house traffic
  • community events

Per Month

Multiply weekly exposure:

120,000 – 280,000 impressions per month

Per Year

Over a year the visibility becomes substantial:

1.4 million – 3.3 million impressions per year

Why Real Estate Vehicles Perform Well

A Realtor vehicle often performs better than average branded vehicles because:

  • You park at open houses
  • You drive through subdivisions
  • You meet clients at shopping areas and restaurants
  • You work in high homeownership neighborhoods

This means your Jeep is frequently seen by exactly the people partners want to reach — homeowners.

Example Scenario for Your Jeep

If your Jeep averages 40,000 impressions per week, that equals:

Weekly
40,000 views

Monthly
160,000 views

Yearly
2,080,000 views

This isn’t just a sticker on a vehicle. The Jeep operates as a data-driven mobile marketing campaign designed to create real exposure and measurable leads across the city.

The Jeep is GPS tracked, allowing us to see exactly where it travels during campaigns and which neighborhoods receive the most visibility.

A QR code on the vehicle wrap lets people instantly scan and visit the website or view property listings. When someone scans the code, they land on a simple landing page designed to capture interest and collect contact information.

The landing page will also feature the logos of all businesses advertising on the Jeep, and each logo will link directly to that company’s website. This gives partners additional online exposure beyond the vehicle itself.

Behind the scenes we track campaign analytics, including the number of scans, website visits, and leads generated. Each week a campaign report shows where the Jeep traveled and how much engagement it produced.

The campaign also extends online. Social media posts show the Jeep around the city, and we keep photo documentation of the vehicle in different locations. A Google Maps heatmap visually shows the areas where the Jeep traveled and the coverage across the region.

Everything from the campaign—including GPS travel areas, scan counts, engagement data, and coverage maps—can be viewed and traced by everyone on the landing page and through Facebook updates, allowing everyone on Facebook to see exactly where the campaign is active and how it’s performing.

All contact information collected from scans and landing pages is gathered and provided to participating advertisers so they can follow up directly with interested consumers.

All advertising wrap and partner placements will be professionally designed and installed by Indy Auto Graphics, ensuring the Jeep remains clean, professional, and highly visible.

This turns everyday driving into trackable exposure, engagement, and real leads for local businesses. Only a limited number of partner spots are available so the vehicle stays clean and focused on businesses connected to homeownership.
